Self-introduction

Kagakuno Koushien

I was in the science club and Biology club in my high school. “Kagakuno koushienis” is a competition on science for high school students. I participated in the event with the members of the science club as a representative of Tiba prefecture. It was a great opportunity to get to know to the student who really loves science from all over japan. We club members spent wonderful time talking to the representatives from other prefectures about our future dreams.

Aerospace engineering

 I want to study aerospace engineering in the future. The University of Tsukuba is a good place to study; there is the ITF project .It is a project to develop a Cubesats. ITF-1 is a Cubesats which size is 1U; a 10-centimeter cube. The development and operations of ITF-1, YUI, the first satellite of our university was done by the students. I want to be a member of the project and develop the next satellite,　ITF-2. I think it will be a good opportunity to study space engineering.　The name of the project “ITF” came from “Imagine the future”, the slogan of the University of Tsukuba.

Music

I like Beatles. I often listen to them studying math. Their rhythm is speedy, my brain operates speedy too.

ITF-1

 It is a Cube Sat developed at Tsukuba University. I wrote about her in the upper article.

Nail

I like handicraft so I often use nails. I especially like making rubber bund guns. Rubber band guns are kind of toys which uses rubber bands as bullets. Making simple one is very easy. You just have to cut a disposable wooden chopstick and assemble them. Then one is made. But I made more complicated rubber band guns. For example, I made one whose magazine capacity is 30 and it has a switch to change semi auto and burst. I draw a design of it and cut wood, then assemble these hand made parts. It’s very fun.

Aviation

 I was interested in aviation industry when I was in junior high school. I wanted to develop new planes and test them or maintain them. In elementally school, I wanted to be a pilot so I was looking the same direction about my dream.

Gravity

 I have to study physics harder to think about this phenomenon because gravitational acceleration plays an important lore to consider the orbit of the satellite.  

Atom

My body is made of atoms. Atoms are elements which composes everything I see. This fact is very moving.

Math

　I was not good at math in my high school so I’m studying it hard now. It is said that “Chemistry in high school became physics, physics become math, and math becomes philosophy”. It means that the subject in the university are more difficult than that of high school. It is not a problem. I’m willing to master the basics of liner algebra to design machines, such as cube sat.

Akiakane

Akiakane is one of the odonates. They fly in the sky in a swarm in the autumn sky. The teacher of biology in my high school said that they used to fly in a larger swarm when he was a child. When I heard his story, I feel a kind of pathos because the scenery may lost forever. When I see Odonates fly in the twilight sky, I always wonder if the scenery I see and moved now can be seen a hundred years later in the same place.

Mito

　I was born in Mito city. This fact is not interesting but when I go to the city, my gland parents always there and gives warm welcome to me and my parents. This is very happy.

Odonata

I studied Odonata in biology club when I was in high school. Odonate stands for dragonflies. They can be seen anywhere in japan. My theme of the study in the club was “the dragonflies which habitat in Tega pond”. Tega pond is a pond located in the north of Tiba prefecture. It was near my high school so I often went there by bicycle.

Rubber band guns

Making rubber band guns is my hobby. I spent a lot of time making them.

Useful
 I have used the same pen case for three years. It is made of Aluminum and very tough. I want to use it for another three years. It’s very useful.
